Alternative Dispute Resolution isn’t the right choice for all situations.
For instance, disputes where an imbalance of power can put one side at a disadvantage. Or situations of high conflict where communication between the parties has broken down to such an extent that even a neutral third party can’t help.
LEGALLY BINDING RESULT
Additionally, not all forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution conclude with a legally binding result, which may be a problem in some situations.
When ADR methods don’t work or aren’t appropriate, the case will go to court.
